TITLE: GENERAL MANAGER

SUPERVISOR: CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, X-GOLF AMERICA

LOCATION: X-GOLF HILTON HEAD

Company Description: X-Golf offers state-of-the-art indoor golf simulators with the most comprehensive tracking on the market, paired with a lively bar and entertainment space. The simulators are designed for golfers at all stages of their game and allows players access to some of the world’s greatest golf courses without ever leaving town. Rain or shine, snow or sleet, golfers can enjoy play in any weather conditions. Tasty bites, cold beer and a full liquor bar round out a fun hospitality experience. 

Responsibilities include: Management of staff and day-to-day operations at the facility. 

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Oversight of daily operations of the facility.
• Managing hourly employees, any assistant managers & Golf Teaching Professionals including scheduling, training, coaching, and follow-up.
• Human Resources including interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, and termination as needed as well as summarize tip logs and provide reports for payroll in a timely manner.
• Management duties including food and beverage ordering, cash drawer verification, and bank deposits.
• Perform other management duties consistent with the General Manager position as asked by the owners.
• Assist with marketing and social media tasks at local level

PROJECTED TOTAL COMPENSATION : $60,000-$80,000 which includes base salary plus bonuses and tips

RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE: 

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Manager in the entertainment, golf and/or food & beverage industries. 
• Demonstrated leadership including experience developing direct reports. 
• Proven record of providing superior member/guest service and staff training and development 
• Excellent communicator, both verbal and written. 
• Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.
