Job Description

We’re looking for a Tax Coordinator to provide essential support to the Head of Tax and the broader tax team. This role combines administrative expertise, project management, and strong technical skills to keep tax operations running smoothly. You’ll manage deadlines, organize workflows, and assist with key initiatives that impact compliance and reporting.

What You’ll Do:

• Administrative Support: Manage calendars, meetings, and communications for tax leadership; prepare materials for internal and external meetings; handle travel and expense coordination.
• Project Management: Track multiple tax projects, maintain timelines, and ensure deliverables are met; coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data for filings, audits, and planning.
• Excel & Data Management: Build and maintain complex spreadsheets for compliance calendars, audit schedules, and reporting; use advanced Excel functions (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Query) to analyze and summarize data.
• Tax Process Support: Maintain compliance calendars, organize documentation for filings and audits, and assist with process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between tax and other departments; draft professional correspondence and reports; schedule and coordinate meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in a tax coordination, project coordination, or similar role
• Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Familiarity with tax processes and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
