The Royal Caribbean Group’s E-commerce Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Product Owner reporting to Product Manager, Behavioral Communications & Targeted Offers

The position is onsite and based in Miami, Florida.

PositionSummary:

The Casino E-Commerce Product Owner will spearhead the Casino E-Commerce Promotions team at Royal Caribbean Group, focusing on executing 1:1 promotions for relevant casino consumer segments to increase conversion and engagement on site. This role is responsible for key aspects of promotions delivery, including strategy, execution and optimization. The Product Owner will work closely with stakeholders such as Casino Operations, Marketing and Business Intelligence teams to ensure the successful delivery of promotions. The role involves reviewing performance metrics for each campaign, maintaining the campaign backlog, and leading the team to drive continuous improvements of promotional strategy..

  • EssentialDutiesandResponsibilities:
    Lead the Casino E-Commerce Promotions team to design, execute, and optimize personalized promotions aimed at increasing booking conversion rate, web share and/or engagement.
  • Collaborate with Casino Operations, Business Intelligence, and other key stakeholders to align promotions with business goals and customer needs.
  • Review and analyze promotion performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer value enhancement.
  • Develop and implement test strategies to validate promotion effectiveness and refine approaches based on results.
  • Ensure timely delivery of promotions and effective communication with internal stakeholders regarding progress and results.
  • Act as the product expert, maintaining a deep understanding of the end-to-end business processes and promotion execution.
  • Oversee the prioritization of defect resolutions and optimization opportunities in the backlog in partnership with execution teams.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to promotion execution, performance, and strategy.
  • Ensure all assets and visuals adhere to brand standards, style guides, and regulatory requirements, conducting quality checks prior to final approval.
  • Prepare comprehensive briefs for creative teams, detailing project scope, creative direction, and technical specifications.
  • Maintain organized libraries of approved assets, ensuring easy access and version control for ongoing campaigns and website updates.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve communication channels, and enhance overall project efficiency.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a technology-related area of study preferred
  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in eCommerce or 4+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Experience with agile software development processes, requirements management, and project management using JIRA/Confluence or similar Agile collaboration tools
  • Experience in working with CRM teams to execute a complex, highly segmented, and personalized email communication strategy
  • Travel Industry eCommerce experience preferred
