As the first point of contact, you set the tone for the guest experience—creating an immediate sense of hospitality and ensuring every visit begins with ease and professionalism. From managing reservations to warmly greeting regulars and first-time diners alike, you are essential to the flow of service and the lasting impression we leave.

This position offers a comprehensive package including:

• An hourly rate of $19 - $22

Qualifications:

• Poise and precision, with a natural inclination toward warmth and gracious hospitality
• 2+ year of experience in a busy/well rated NYT restaurant as a host or reservationist
• Familiarity & experience operating OpenTable or Resy reservations systems
• Ability to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone, providing information and answering questions for callers, while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calm
