Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a wide range of events from corporate functions to social gatherings. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, creating tailored experiences that meet their objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from conception to completion.
  • Budget management, including tracking expenses and seeking cost-effective solutions.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and preferences for each event.
  • Select and negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Organize logistics for events including catering, transportation, and audiovisual needs.
  • Develop marketing materials and promotional strategies to attract attendees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
