We are seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with at least 7 years of experience to join our growing Corporate Practice Group. If you're looking to elevate your practice and be part of a dynamic team that handles sophisticated legal work—from mergers and acquisitions to securities offerings and corporate governance—this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent clients in mergers and acquisitions and a variety of other corporate transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate business agreements and transactional documents
• Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and entity formation
• Collaborate with partners, clients, and cross-practice teams on strategic legal matters
• Provide risk assessments and thoughtful legal analysis to help clients achieve their business goals

What You Bring:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate law at a law firm
• Strong background in M&A, securities offerings, and other business transactions
• Admission to practice in New York State and a J.D. from an accredited law school
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Experience with private equity or venture capital is a plus
